Independent Support Service WA is a family owned and run company in Perth with over 25 years of experience in the Disability sector. ISSWA provide support to people living with a disability in the community.

We are currently looking for a female support worker, at the participant and family's request, with a clear english skills, to assist an Elderly lady with Community Access in Kelmscott and an Elderly Man for in home support and community access in Saint James.

Hours available are:
Kelmscott:
Tuesday: 9am - 1pm

Thursday: 9am - 2:30pm

Saint James:
Monday's: 9am -1pm

Friday's: 9am - 1pm

**Requirements**:

- Current WA Drivers licence.
- NDIS clearance check or National Police certificate.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate.
- Good understanding of the english language.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle.
