- The Principal Contracts will be focussed on ensuring the execution of safe operational objectives are met, liaising between BHP and our employees, our contract partners and their workforce including sub-contractors and independent contractors. Coaches and develops team leaders / teams to deliver high performance.
**Location**: Carrapateena, South Australia (60-minute flight from Adelaide / 30-minute flight from Port Augusta)
**Roster**: 5 days on; 2 days off; 4 days on; 3 days off (Flexible options available)

**In The Role You Will**:
- Demonstrate and instil an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable coaching, alignment, compliance with & the continual improvement of Contract Management through BHP's Contract Management Framework (CMF)
- Facilitate the development, implementation and maintenance of common standards including improvements to processes and systems.
