Overview:

  • The Principal Change Officer is responsible for leading and coordinating change management across Data, Analytics, and Insights (DAI) operations, data assets and associated products and services.
  • The Principal Change Officer is responsible for leading operation of the DAI Service Desk. This includes management and coordination of requests received by the Branch related to DAI data assets and associated products and services. The role has a focus on maintaining and improving customer service standards.
  • The Principal Change Officer is responsible for leading DAI business application and process reviews to identify, develop and implement enhancements focused on streamlining operations and improving sustainability and efficiency.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC)  for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
