Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls and bookings, and utilizing computer systems to generate quotes and perform administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Phone Management: Handle large volumes of incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Booking Management: Utilize Navision to manage customer bookings and workshop schedules.
  • Quoting & Product Navigation: Learn about our products and confidently use our website to generate general quotes.
  • Digital Communication: Respond and provide updates to customers via Podium messaging platform.
  • Administration Tasks:
    • Daily till reconciliations
    • Processing and filing purchase orders
    • Scanning invoices, internal filing and record-keeping
    Requirements:
    • A well-spoken, confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
    • Quick to learn new computer systems and processes.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
    • Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (automotive or retail preferred but not essential).
