**The Role**
A casual position has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to join the Land and Environment Team with Peninsula Hot Springs.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and development of the bathing area grounds, the Food Bowl and the wider property at Fingal.

Day to day tasks include:

- construction and preparation of garden beds for planting
- planting of seedlings and maintenance of garden beds
- assisting with the production and use of compost
- waterway and reed management
- weeding, mowing, and brush cutting open areas and lawns
- ensuring all workplace areas, including tools, are kept tidy and well maintained
- practicing and promoting sound ecological and sustainable values
- adherence to all OHS regulations, SOPs, Risk Assessments, and company policies

**About You**
You will be a team player with previous experience in horticulture, conservation or landscaping and the capability to effectively perform sometimes physical tasks in an outdoor environment across all seasons of the year.

You will hold a strong work ethic, with the ability to work unsupervised and have a strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions are essential.
