Your Key Accountabilities

The Core Capability Requirements for this role are:
Facilitate ongoing relationships, contract management, communication, support and liaison between State Custody Unit, QPS watchhouses, Queensland Corrective Services, Department of Children Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs and other internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to project work and provide advice to management on risk identification, impact analysis, risk mitigation and management.
Contribute to the analysis, development and implementation of improvement strategies that support the business requirements.
Manage day to day user support relative to business processes, including the resolution of problems, identification of alternative processes and procedures and the amendment of relevant documentation.
Lead quality assurance processes including the review of systems reports and analysis for integrity and compliance purposes.
Assist with the management of custody capacity across the State.
Assist with the design, delivery, and evaluation of custody training programs.
Adhere to Queensland Police Service information management policies, procedures, standards and practices including version control management.

- Drivers License (C Class) for intrastate travel is desirable.
