JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Smash Repairer to join our professional workshop team, responsible for repairing and restoring our vehicle fleet after accidents and damages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform professional panel beating and collision repair
- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair strategies
- Repair vehicle body panels and structural components
- Paint and refinish vehicle exteriors
- Ensure high-quality repair standards
- Coordinate with insurance companies
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Manage workshop tools and equipment

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have experience as a Panel Beater/Smash Repairer
- Certificate III in Panel Beating or equivalent qualification
- Proficient with professional repair equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical fitness for manual workshop tasks

WORKING HOURS:

- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION:

- Competitive hourly rate: from $30 AUD/hour

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
