**About the Role**:
Responsible for the everyday management of a residential site, on a daily basis they will be the go-to person supporting tenants and owners in their bustling residential complexes.

Supported by experienced management who will train the building managers and a dedicated administration and leasing team to keep things running, the everyday tasks could be any of the following (and more)
- Organising inspections and maintenance
- Facilities management and supervision of contractors to ensure a high standard of work and accountability
- Acting as first point of contact for all tenants/owners, offering a quality service, and resolution of issues in a fast, friendly and efficient manner

**Additional Information**:
Person will be solutions focused with strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence. You must also demonstrate a strong customer focus, strong computer and administrative skills and a proactive approach to work.
- You will be an experienced property or building manager, with 2 or more years' experience in leasing residential apartments
- Be available to work every 2nd Saturday (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies (compensated in OT rates)
