In this key role, you'll lead and support a large team of Room Attendants to ensure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Crown's premium standards of cleanliness and presentation.You'll oversee daily operations, conduct room inspections, coach team members and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols—all while driving service excellence and creating memorable guest experiencesSome responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:Lead and supervise housekeeping operations across guest rooms, corridors and service areasConduct daily room inspections and ensure adherence to Crown's brand standardsSupport training and development of team members, including onboarding and performance reviewsMaintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public and back-of-house areasCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service deliveryManage resources effectively to meet departmental objectives and sustainability goalsAbout You, you'll bring:Ideally 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a premium & large-scale hotel environmentBe available FT across a 7- day rotation (day shifts)Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of hotel operations and property management systemsConfident computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhat we offer youA collaborative, supportive and inclusive team cultureFree staff meals and discounts across Crown restaurants & hotelsFull Time | 7- Day Rotating Roster (Day Shifts) | Promenade HotelBETTER BEGINS HERECrown Resorts is a great place to visit and it's an even better place to work, a place where you can play your part in creating joyful experiences for our guests and our people.
