The Opportunity

Our client is seeking experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisors to join their growing team. In this role, you'll lead by example and support your team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team to meet daily service standards
  • Servicing rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation
  • Collaborating with in-house teams to enhance the client experience
  • Promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with company policies
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a hotel or housekeeping environment
  • A genuine passion for quality, detail, and creating welcoming spaces
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • The right to work in Australia (full work rights preferred)
