**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our friendly team at Sunset Views Manor, our new residential aged care home located in** Tarneit.**

**This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.**

This is a fast paced and dynamic role that will utilise your exceptional relationship and customer service skills. You will utilise your exceptional communication skills to conduct tours for potential new residents and maintaining referrer relationships in the community.

This position involves soft sales and KPI targets so it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in working to budgets and targets. This is a unique role where you will provide key customer service, relationship management and administration skills with a focus on optimising occupancy at all times.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Previous customer relationship service (experience in an aged care setting is desirable)
- Demonstrated sales experience including working to budgets and targets
- Experience preparing agreements (highly regarded)
- Strong administration skills
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
- A demonstrated ability to work and achieve goals in a fast paced environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Current Police Check
- COVID Vaccination
