Overview About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join the team in Townsville
This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role, working 38 hours per week with some weekend work required at penalty rates.
Rostered on call work will also be required with full training.
Responsibilities Provide a high-level service to customers to efficiently manage their parts queries, requests and quotesUtilise your analytical ability to review CAT resourcing for confirmation of correct part numbers to complete ordersManage an efficient phone service, answering all calls and providing a professional and effective customer experiencePerform administrative and cash management practices including receipting of cash, cheque and credit card paymentsFollow up on all expiring quotationsProvide timely responses to customer order status requests, ensuring lead times are effectively communicatedIdentify opportunities to up-sell parts, consumables including fluids, tools, accessories, & noveltiesProvide product support service, machine sales and rental leads are immediately communicated internally Why Hastings Deering?
