Do you enjoy working with elderly people in their homes and community?

Central Highlands Rural Health are seeking additional Carers to work with our Home Care Package Programclients taking them on both social and therapeutic outings, assisting with in home respite and with personal care, activities of daily living.

Our client demograpic includes Creswick, Clunes, Daylesford, Trentham and Kyneton and surrounding suburbs in the Hepburn Shire and Macedon Ranges areas. Ability to travel to all areas is not required as we have several positions available that may suit your area of choice.

Confidence in Rural driving is an advantage as the role includes driving clients to appointments across our region. Carers with Certificate iii in Aged and Community Care and also student nurses are encouraged to apply.

Days and hours of work are flexible.

We have several permenant ongoing and casual hours available operating 7 days a week.

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
