Barton Care is currently recruiting Experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our trusted team servicing aged care facilities across Melbourne.

Location: Melbourne & Surrounds
Employment Type: Casual – Ongoing Shifts Available

About the Role
As a PCA with Barton Care, you will deliver respectful, high-quality care to residents in aged care homes.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting personal care needs (hygiene, mobility, nutrition)
Ensuring dignity, comfort and safety at all times
Communicating effectively with facility staff and residents
Adhering to Barton Care's standards of care and professionalism

Essential Criteria
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Experienced in aged care (mandatory)
Current Police Check (within 12 months)
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and passionate about aged care
