**In-Home Aged Care PCAs - FRANKSTON | Southern Metro Melbourne, VIC**
Do you want to work with a small tight team? Do you want to work normal hours rather than overnight or on weekends? Do you enjoy caring and supporting older people to age in their home? Are you sick of working in an Aged Care Facility where you are run off your feet, understaffed, and always under pressure with more work than time?
Do you want to build relationships with your clients and treat them Like Our Own? Do you want to spend quality time with the elderly 1 on 1, really caring for them rather than just running around getting through a to-do list?
Do you want to grow your career with a growing client and staff friendly aged care provider?
We also cater for flexible hours if you have family commitments or just want to work limited days/hours.
Looking for PCAs with at least a Cert III in Individual Support or Aged Care. These are casual, permanent full time and/or part-time positions, days and hours are flexible to fit in with your life and other commitments. We service southern metro Melbourne - Cities of Casey, Dandenong, Bayside, Kingston, Frankston & Mornington Peninsula.
You need to have:
- at least a Cert III in Individual Support/Aged Care
- National Police Check
- your own car and insurance
- be up to date COVID vaccinated
- have a smartphone
- have up-to-date CPR/First Aid
- live in the Southern/Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne or within 20 mins drive
