**Job Summary**
- Deliver high level quality training to students
- Prepare for and deliver training and assessment services by RTO policies and procedures
- Adjust/Develop flexible teaching and learning strategies to assist students with barriers to learning e.g. low literacy levels or disabilities
- Understand the workplace systems and procedures, production cycles, and key contact people to ensure training is customised or contextualized to the workplace
- Guide supervisors regarding support of students to gain competencies
- Maintain all assessment and training paperwork to RTO requirements ensuring paperwork is delivered to the Administration to meet core milestones
- Manage student, employer or other client inquiries or complaints in a timely and effective manner ensuring a high level of customer service
- Maintain currency of knowledge in relevant Training Packages and vocational industry
- Be able to work and contribute as part of a team and autonomously as required
- Develop strong relationships with students, staff, schools, and other stakeholders.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Current industry experience, including at least 3 years of industry experience in Hospitality.
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Qualification to teach Certificate IV in Kitchen Management ( SIT40521)

**Job Type and Category**Due to the expansion of our Hospitality faculty, we require an experienced Hospitality Trainer. Our students are predominately Adult learners from various cultural backgrounds.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
