**Your Role and Impact**:
As the Team Leader of our Service Desk, you will have the opportunity to lead a team that embodies excellence in customer service. You will champion ITIL-based Service Management practises, ensuring our services are trusted, secure, and proactive. Your leadership will empower your team to deliver on the vision of Information Management and Technology (IM&T) while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

You will be the voice of our customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your ability to manage competing priorities and implement a robust resource model will be key to consistently meeting service levels across all required hours, including after-hours support. This is your chance to make a real difference

**Who We're Looking For**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service. If you are a critical thinker and have a strong desire to empower others, we want to hear from you
- Proven experience in a service desk or customer service leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and service management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.

- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week with option of a 19 day month flex time arrangement.
