Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an EL1 Assistant Director, Research and Evaluation on a contract for 12 months.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritise, scope, develop and manage project plans.
- Leading mixed methods research and evaluation projects using a range of quantitative, qualitative and survey methodologies.
- Ensuring research and evaluation is conducted in accordance with appropriate guidelines, standard operating procedures, NDIS standards and ethics requirements, and maintaining project related records.
- Preparing and presenting internal reports and slide-pack summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with other teams in the Research and Evaluation Branch, as required.
- Designing and conducting research projects, including working with people with various types of disabilities and from various cultural backgrounds.
- Communicate and support the implementation of research findings.
