**Delivery Specialist **who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for this exciting new brand in Australia.

We have transformed the vehicle purchasing experience, by creating an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping adventure. With our custom built, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative new concept, we are now seeking like-minded partners and professionals to join us in promoting the BYD brand.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for organising customer deliveries and providing ongoing support to the Sales Manager by coordinating various in-house duties whilst liaising between internal departments.

**About you**:
You will ideally possess:

- Exceptional customer service to provide customers with the best experience
- Excellent communication skills and good computer literacy;
- Must have interest and passion in the EV space
- A valid driver's license; and
- Experience in an admin role, including prior exposure to vehicle delivery.
- A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly regarded
