Australia's Most Trusted Bank has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced I.T. QA Test Manager to take responsibility to establish industry leading quality and testing practices across all our technology teams. This includes ownership of the underlying standard, polices and processes required for best breed Quality practice and requires high level of collaboration and influencing peer managers in Tech Delivery to embrace test strategy across all SDLC phases.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Responsible for the Organisation's Quality Practice's overall vision, strategy and implementations building a strong quality assurance and testing culture across delivery.
- Adopting industry quality framework to ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are part of delivery framework.
- Build a high performing quality/testing practice team with high levels of engagement and engineering practices.
- Work with relevant functions to deliver speed and efficiency to the overall delivery process
- Manage senior stakeholders with competing priorities

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- 15+ years of experience in IT and at least 10+ years' experience working in a testing capacity with an organisation with leading experience.
- Ability to establish and enforce Test Practice, Standard, setup KPIs and process.
- Demonstrated experience and highly proficient of tools across full software delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to liaise with a broad range of people including business line management, external IT suppliers & related people.
