**The Department**:

- The SBS Creative department is part of the Marketing Division who deliver unique and innovative campaigns that connect Australian audiences to the world of SBS._
**The Role**
SBS Creative are looking for an exceptional multi-tasker who can leverage their strong project management skills to deliver integrated campaigns whilst also managing the production workflow of on
- air promos and digital assets.
Our integrated producers work closely with the creative, design, marketing and content teams to ensure consistent delivery of work on time and on budget.
Reporting into the Lead Producer within our Creative team this role will see you ensure the smooth planning, execution and trafficking of Creative Projects for SBS Marketing activities.
- Monitor resources both internally and externally. Directing the flow of production through all touchpoints including pre, post, edit, GFX, Design and final artworking for channel team.
- Manage and oversee end to end projects and campaigns as assigned, from concept to completion regardless of medium.
- Partner with creative and marketing to plan and implement production budgets/estimates to creative idea.
- Negotiate with vendors for all aspects of production, Print, GFX, editorial and music production.
- Contribute to the creative process by assessing feasibility of proposed solutions and recommending approaches.
- Support in the delivery of all channel content error free, to deadline and to the highest of standards.
- Adhere to department working processes (pre-production, estimating, scheduling, shooting, Post, Print, Approvals, documentation etc.)
- Maintain up to date finance and workflow information within department software system
- Identify and react appropriately to events threatening production plans.
- Delegation of tasks and coaching for coordinator. Give regular feedback and management support.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in television and/or post production, production or agency environment including people management.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and prioritise under pressure to meet deadlines
- Highly skilled in project management, budgeting, scheduling and workflows.
- Current resourcing knowledge of the industry, with great freelancer contacts.
- Experience managing post production workflows is essential
- Experience planning and running Shoots is highly desirable.
- Excellent communicator in both written and verbal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with Farmerswife, Smartsheet or similar resource and project management software highly desirable.
- Experience working with assets in multiple languages would be an advantage
- Experience working in agile project methodologies highly regarded
