12 month Creative Producer maternity leave cover with a fast-growing technology company.

**My client is looking for a Creative Producer for a 12-month maternity leave cover. The company is an exciting, global market leader that has a very recognisable, fun and vibrant brand. You will join their global business marketing team here in Sydney and will be responsible for leading a team of world-class creative marketers in creative agency partnerships and content solutions. You will also produce a wide array of campaigns, events, and initiatives across the team, and work with team members to scale, develop and localise go to market collateral.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with local and global team members to scale, develop and localise collateral such as brand guidelines, templates, creative solutions and frameworks
- Collaborate with teams (including sales and product teams) across pre-sell, during-sell & after-sell working processes.
- Manage all projects, identifying risks, issues and gaps that could impact timelines, budgets and outcomes with an agile approach while also allowing for the right level of flexibility for further GBM and wider business strategic alignment
- Status reporting to the marketing leads as required and iterate on how to improve efficiency in processes with potential solutions

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of work experience, including design / creative project management experience (ideally creative or integrated producer roles)
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organisation, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a keen ability to facilitate stakeholders towards positive outcomes. Strong people skills and the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with project tracking, creating organisational consensus, and managing deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
