Overseeing the brand identity and communications approach across all channels for new product launches and our always-on approach to acids, new customer acquisition, and retention.
The focus of the role is activating the brand in a distinct, impactful, and elevated way through verbal and visual mechanics to disrupt the cluttered beauty space.The role covers all marketing disciplines and responsibilities required in the development and execution of marketing planning, campaigns, and brand initiatives that will positively impact brand health metrics and overall market share and sales internationally.What You'll DoDeliver a consistent brand look and feel, and tone of voice, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelinesShare and nurture the Alpha-H brand story, celebrating the values and ethos through content (written, verbal, visual) across all social media channelsManage campaigns: collaborate with the marketing team to align content with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales goalsCreate content: write/edit SEO-optimized blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)Oversee social media: manage organic content and strategy, focusing on Instagram and TikTokManage community engagement across all brand social channels, including comments, messages, and brand mentionsUtilize brand metrics data to evaluate performance and provide actionable insightsWho We're Looking ForQualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field, or currently pursuing such qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in content writing and editing across various formats and channels, emphasizing clarity and audience engagementExperience in skincare or beauty industry preferredComfortable appearing on camera to create engaging social contentAbility to script, film, and edit short-form videosProficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTokExperience in creating social media content, including design, video, and copyExperience with photo and video production from end to end is preferredCreative copywriting skillsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing softwareAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsProblem-solving skills in creative contextsWorkplace ResponsibilitiesEngage and educate customersDrive online growth for the brand and stockistsAdhere to HR policies, including anti-discrimination and safety policiesMaintain a positive attitude and team spiritComplete tasks diligently and on timeUphold professional ethics and respect othersSupport team membersWhy Join UsAt Alpha-H, we are more than a skincare brand; we are a community dedicated to empowering individuals through innovative, clinically proven products.
