Public Wine Shop in Fitzroy North is looking for a sommelier or front of house professional (with a strong interest in wine) to join our small, dynamic team.

Our team is composed of dedicated hospitality professionals who delight in giving service - in offering genuine, warm hospitality - and sharing our passion for sustainably grown food and wine with our guests and customers.

We also take great pride in fostering an inclusive, informative and positive workplace culture. Staff wellbeing is fundamental to what we do: roster flexibility, work-life balance, educational development and happiness are key considerations in our daily operations.

While the available position is primarily a wine focussed service role for now, our business is growing. We are a retail space, wine bar, tasting room, and small restaurant open seven days a week. The opportunities for diverse, multi-faceted roles and growth within our business have no limitations.
