Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service as a key member of our front-of-house team.
  • Contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused dining atmosphere.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in a premium restaurant setting.
  • Bartenders must have strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
  • Sommeliers must have expertise in wine.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
