**The Role**

We are seeking an Asset Manager with a "hands on" approach to manage maintenance and repairs to our growing SA property portfolio, properties include but are not limited to Hahndorf Resort, Mccracken Country Club and Adelaide Beach Front.

Responsibilities;
- Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and assess required maintenance
- Source, negotiate and engage with sub-contractors/trades to organise and plan a variety of works
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to complete tasks with minimum disruption to guests
- Identify tasks issues you can resolve and have the ability to pull your sleeves up and get it done
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
- Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with all standards and specifications

**Your Experience**

This is a diverse role with no two days the same, it would be advantageous to have a trade qualification, and any relevant higher construction qualifications. You must have had experience in facilities management, coordination of trades and pre-planning and site organisation from a management level. It's also important that you have demonstrated experience in a construction and/or a multi-residential environment.
