As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our growing SA property portfolio. This diverse role will see you managing maintenance and repairs across multiple sites, including Hahndorf Resort, Mccracken Country Club, and Adelaide Beach Front.

Key responsibilities include carrying out inspections of facilities to identify required maintenance, sourcing and engaging sub-contractors/trades to organise and plan various works. Your hands-on approach will enable you to hit the ground running, making a seamless transition into this key position.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a trade qualification, with relevant higher construction qualifications being highly advantageous. Experience in facilities management, coordination of trades, and pre-planning and site organisation from a management level is essential. You must also have demonstrated experience in a construction and/or multi-residential environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role, as you will be working closely with sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
