We are seeking a proactive professional to play a key role in the business' future growth and development.
This is a challenging opportunity for a leader with experience in managing internal reviews, dealing with regulatory bodies, insurance professionals, and legal experts.
About the Role
Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of the firm's Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards.
Monitor compliance with professional ethics, legal obligations, and organizational policies.
Coordinate internal quality file reviews and risk assessments across service lines.
Prepare the organization for external reviews or audits, and oversee remediation actions.
Manage the organization's risk register and report key operational, regulatory, legal, and reputational risks to leadership.
Requirements
Professional qualifications and certifications
Minimum 8 years' experience in a professional services, legal or regulatory environment
Strong working knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical frameworks
About You
You will have sound judgement, professionalism, and high personal integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement, are essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to influence senior stakeholders and foster a culture of compliance awareness.
