Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Compliance Programs Analyst. As a key member of our independent control function, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and challenge to the firm, managing compliance risk and promoting behavior that aligns with our mission.

You will be part of a diverse team of professionals who are dedicated to supporting growth and development from the start, through extensive on-the-job training and exposure to senior leaders.

In this role, you will be responsible for participating in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class compliance programs, policies, and practices. This includes analyzing comparative data, preparing regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments, and monitoring compliance-related issues.

You will also be responsible for reviewing materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements, identifying and addressing potential risks, investigating and assisting in responses to compliance risk issues, and facilitating the execution of the Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) risk & control self-assessment.

This position requires a strong understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
