Job Description
As a leader in the ERP and Corporate Applications domain, you will be responsible for driving project/program aspects from planning to execution. This includes overseeing ERP Service Delivery, providing functional and production support for the ERP platform (including Workday) and other integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive projects/programs from planning to execution, implementation, change management, and transition.
Oversee ERP service delivery, providing functional and production support for the ERP platform and other integrated systems.
Develop strategies to optimize investment in ERP and Corporate Applications, reducing total cost of ownership and capturing value from delivered platforms.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs and leveraging vendor roadmaps to benefit organizations.
Champion a customer-focused approach, translating business requirements into project scope with senior stakeholders.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members, promoting high-performing and inclusive work environments.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proven ability to influence discussions with deep stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience in digital strategy development and leading large teams. Strong knowledge of Workday as a platform, payroll technologies, architectural experience, and IT methodologies and practices. Exceptional experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations. A curious growth mindset and ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
