Future Wellbeing is currently seeking experienced support workers to join our team in the Goulburn area. We are seeking people who love to help others, who are great communicators and truly want to see others achieve their goals, by way of mentoring and leading by example.

Our client is seeking dedicated and long term staff to support her in home and within the community. Our client has a complex history of trauma, which combined with her disabilities can cause behaviours of distress. Therefore, she requires experienced staff who are organised, resilient, able to problem solve and indentify when incidents may be approaching.

The aim for this participant is to build a long term solid team who will work together along with all other providers to best support her. Full ongoing, training, mentoring and support will be provided to support workers. Medication administration knowledge would be advantagous but not necessary.

We offer paid induction program, ongoing 1:1 support & supervision to all staff.

Essential Criteria;
- Drivers licence, own vehicle & comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Check (less than 12 months old)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Mental Health or Behaviour Support Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Accessing the community
- In home supports & occassional domestics
- Appointment Setting
- Goal & capacity building
- Assistance with domestic tasks
- Person centred approach

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.95 - $52.11 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE provided were required for all staff. Social distancing procedures in place to support staff.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
