**About You and the role**:
A Senior Solution Architect (CTL Delivery Manager) is a key CTL role managing delivery of outcomes in Domain Architecture and Technical governance space and communicating the progress reporting internally and with Defence.
The CTL Delivery Manager is a dedicated resource working on the Defence account.
The role will report to the Telstra Chief Architect for Defence Account.
**In this role, you will**:
Managing, coordinating, tracking and reporting on the critical CTL activities e.g., Long Range IT Planning, Technology roadmaps, Refresh Planning, ECP planning, Pattern lifecycle, SAD development.
Managing formal documentation delivery, Architectural patterns, and other documentation.
Managing document transmittals to CIOG, interfacing with CIOG, responding to CIOG queries.
Managing documentation templates lifecycle.
Managing CTL planner - planning and tracking BAU activities across all technical domains.
Contributing to forums/meetings - secretariat function.
Tracking technical artefact approvals.
Managing Stand-up meetings as required.
Support CTL activities within all technical domains underpinning DTCN System.
Have team leadership.
**To be successful in the role, you must**:
Australian citizenship and have current/or can hold a minimum NV1 clearance / NV2 clearance is preferred.
Graduate or post graduate qualifications in Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines and/or equivalent industry professional experience.
DTCN System knowledge with experience working in Defence/FedGov environments.
Knowledge and governance of processes and design management.
Proven extensive experience in delivering business and technology services to large and medium sized enterprise organisations.
Proven technical knowledge delivered to clients in broad ICT, Networks, WIFI, Data Centre, Cloud, Enterprise Mobility, Security, Unified Communication, Contact Centre, Integrated Service Management and selected Industry Solutions.
Experience with industry/enterprise consulting and delivery methods such as TOGAF, Prince2, ITIL, Telstra TRIM, etc.
Experience with Aruba Wireless Architecture.
Experience with MDM Architectures.
Experience with Juniper based LAN/WAN architecture, Network, Internet / Web technology working knowledge.
Working knowledge of Cyber Security practices and technologies,
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have demonstrated leadership skills in the creation of innovative solutions
