**About You - You're Here to Make a Difference**

Ready to shape the next generation and bring good vibes to early childhood education? Here's what makes you _totally_ our kind of human:
**Qualified & Legit** - You've got your ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or something equivalent and awesome).
**Switched On** - You know your way around the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
**Experienced AF** - You've been in the game, working with little legends aged 0-5, and you've got the stories to prove it.
