This is your opportunity to join carsales Instant Offer team, helping manage the Instant Offer partner network. Reporting through to the Operations Manager, this is an exciting time for an experienced and motivated Account/Relationship Manager to join a rapidly expanding area of the business.

**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Understand and share expertise to support a growing carsales Instant Offer partner network within your portfolio.
- Prospect potential future partners to continue product growth.
- Develop and support solutions that maintain exceptional relationships with business owners and team members.
- Collaborate with partners through regular meetings and reporting to ensure best practice procedures.
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise in upholding the performance standards within our partner network, as well as further develop operational processes to maximise success.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations, and expertise in Account/Relationship Management.
- Sales and/or performance management experience and a track record of meeting KPIs, ideally in an Account Management role.
- A good understanding of automotive dealership operations would be a bonus
- Ability to analyse data, interpret and present data.
