Indigenous Supplier Engagement Role

**Your New Organisation**

This large State-wide organisation is seeking an individual of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent to assist them with Aboriginal Supplier and Contractor engagement on a permanent basis, in line with their Reconciliation Action Plan.

**Your New Role**

Within this role, you will be responsible for representing the organisation across internal and external stakeholders to influence and negotiate increased engagement and improved outcomes with Indigenous suppliers. Duties and responsibilities will include:
Research and provision of advice to the organisation around Indigenous suppliers

Establish and maintain relationships with Aboriginal suppliers

Lead projects to enhance service delivery and outcomes for Aboriginal suppliers

Strategically review the organisations policies and initiatives to increase and sustain Aboriginal supplier engagement
