Job Overview
The Q-CTRL Platform is the backbone of our products and services.
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in building the platform, a Kubernetes-based infrastructure containing various workloads.
You will ensure that our end-to-end processes are optimized and code-driven.
Our team offers support, coaching, and mentorship. You will work closely with all teams to advocate for quality and continuous improvement.
Becoming familiar with our software stack and integrating it into our overall platform architecture.
Ensuring we use best technologies to achieve our platform goals.
Developing toolchain support: CI/CD pipelines, ephemeral test environments, vulnerability scanning, and automated infrastructure-as-code deployment tooling.
Helping ensure applications are scalable, highly available, and cloud-agnostic.
We seek a candidate with:
2+ years of industry experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience working with Kubernetes in production and familiarity with key components needed to create a cluster.
Working knowledge of public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in software development and programming languages like Go and Python.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
