Importantly, this role is accountable for the growth and retention of a significant segment of the Paid Media portfolio, acting as the escalation point for all clients within said segment.A typical day would includeMedia Planning & Buying: setting up appropriate media plans for your clients and implementing those plansTeam Support: applying your experience across platforms to support the team with their campaign questions and ongoing on-platform developmentOperational Support: supporting the Head of Paid Media by ensuring the wider team follow required processes and meet performance expectationsYou – the candidateYou have 5~ year's experience in an in-house or agency media planning and buying role.
Specifically, you also have:A full understanding of Google Search Ads and Meta Ads ad platforms (required)Experience working towards operational KPIs (required)Degree level education or equivalent (required) in a relevant field (preferred)An understanding of Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads ad platforms (preferred)The successful candidate will have an appreciation for the mixed media approach as a solution for marketing success, complete confidence in their own ability to develop paid media strategies, and a passion for data and results-driven marketing with attention to high quality enquiries, rather than volume.People FocusedAs an applicant to this Supervisor role it is absolutely vital that you possess leadership skills rather than simple management ones.
