**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of 3 admin officers, ensuring efficient completion of tasks
- Delivering consistent, accurate and reliable financial and administrative support for the business
- Ensuring precise operational data by maintaining and improving data quality controls relating to our operating system (Wastedge)
- Training new starters and ensuring relevant cross training exists in the team
- Manage the entry of data from suppliers and contractors into internal systems and investigating issues
- Manage Supplier and Customer set up in internal systems including purchase orders, price lists, supplier schedules etc. and maintenance of current price lists
- Manage payroll system in conjunction with the business supervisors, finalising wages etc
- Liaising with other depot departments, branches, head office and finance team
- Provide high level administration support to the Depot supervisor
- Assisting with adhoc reporting requirements and ensure invoices and statements are accurate and timely
- Processing of EPA paperwork
- Implement KPI's for continuous improvement and team productivity and efficiency
- Adhoc project work as required

This role will be based at our **Dandenong office location in Victoria**.
