Whether furnishing a new home or re-inventing a current one, we offer the best Australian-made products in the most modern styles.We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-focused 2IC to join the Domayne Belrose Warehouse team.Our 2IC's responsibilities include understanding dispatching and receiving orders, coaching staff, and liaising with customers to provide exceptional customer service.To be successful, you must: Be highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills Enjoy working in a team environmentWhat we require: Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form Highly organized with great time management skills Experience in warehouse management Ability to oversee warehouse operations, assist in coaching, lead, and motivate an enthusiastic team Motivation and a keen eye for detail Experience checking delivery sheets Effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading trucks A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can-do" attitude Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades Current Forklift, Drivers, and Pickers License (preferred)What we offer: Generous staff discounts Commitment to career progression with a wide support network for professional development An environment where good performance is recognized and rewarded A flexible and positive work environmentIf this role excites you and aligns with your passion for a new opportunity, please submit your application for consideration.Advertised: 22 Jul 2025 AUS Eastern Standard Time
