As a Cisco Program Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the adoption and utilisation of Cisco products within our customer base. Working closely with the sales and pre-sales teams, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with customers, and providing guidance and support throughout the sales process. Your expertise in Cisco solutions, technologies, and licensing will enable you to identify customer needs, develop compelling proposals, and ensure successful outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with Cisco representatives, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our Cisco business.

**In a nutshell**:

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify Cisco solution opportunities for existing and prospective customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and align them with appropriate Cisco solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that communicate the value of Cisco solutions effectively, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Cisco solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Cisco representatives and other stakeholders, serving as a liaison between Logicalis and Cisco.
- Ensure compliance of Cisco certifications and specialisations on an ongoing basis
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote Cisco solutions.
- Leading the Cisco Customer Experience (CX) practice by ensuring Logicalis utilise the Cisco Lifecycle Incentive program effectively but also by enabling the sales teams to upsell Cisco CX services and generate more recurring software revenue.
- Collaborate with Cisco to explore and implement investments such as Partner Acceleration Funds (PAF) and Strategic Development Funds (SDF) to facilitate growth within Logicalis. Taking ownership of the defined milestones, driving activity, customers, and Cisco bookings to achieve targets.
- Collaborate and support the global Logicalis alliance teams as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, you come from within the IT services space, with significant exposure to service providers or vendors working in the Cloud, Network, Security and Modern Workspace environments.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Cisco licensing, solutions, and technologies.
- Excellent understanding of the Cisco ecosystem, partner network and channel program.
- A good understanding of the various Cisco rebate programs and how to effectively structure deals to advantage thereof.
- Proficiency in working with the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) tool to create estimates and quotes.
- Experience using the Cisco Partner Experience Platform (PXP) to monitor operational metrics, generate reports and manage program compliance.
- Proven track record in engaging with customers and prospects, conducting assessments related to Cisco solutions, and supporting sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
