The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic instructional designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our efforts to create educational content and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Hours, Contract and Location
Hours:
Minimum fifteen (15) hours weekly
Contract:
Minimum six-month commitment
Location:
Remote
Key/Main Responsibilities
Creating clear and engaging educational content in a range of forms and for a range of audiences, including:
Research
Content creation
Editing and proofreading
Collaborating with other creators and teams
Adapting to feedback
Qualifications
Degree in education or related field.
Confidence in creating educational content in alignment with a set curriculum.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Canva, and Learning Management Systems.
At least 2 years of experience in education or content creation.
Fluency in English.
Own computer with reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Australian Curriculum.
Willingness to learn new skills.
The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
