You'll assist in delivering evidence-based care through mobility and functional activities, one-on-one sessions, group-based active ageing programs, and care plan follow-ups.You will be responsible for:Responsible for assisting to deliver all physiotherapy services in accordance with the Plena Healthcare operating procedures and policies.Responsible for servicing RAC clients in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals treatment planUnder direction of the physiotherapists / occupational therapists you may be required to, Transport residents to and from the therapy gym area / their appointments,Set up and pack away the physiotherapy gym, including cleaning both the area and equipmentCollect referrals and any other administrative tasks as guided by the physiotherapistsOrder prescribed equipmentRun exercise groups / programsSupport initiatives to meet client / contract expectationsConsult with the physiotherapist / occupational therapist in relation to adaptations/ changes/ progressions of treatment plans for clients as appropriateParticipate in mentoring, supervision and appraisals in line with Plena Healthcare's policy and procedureYour Career with Plena:Plena Healthcare prides itself on a genuine work/life balance where flexibility is key
