As a seasoned Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide our allied health service, shaping its future and influencing how it evolves.

About The Role
  • Deliver high-quality speech and language assessments and therapy across the lifespan in various settings including NDIS, Aged Care, Home Care, and privately funded individuals.
  • Lead and mentor our Speech Pathology team, providing supervision and guidance, reviewing reports, and offering ad-hoc support.
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals across disciplines, working with over 30 Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Counsellors, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Therapy Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices, ensuring our team delivers a high standard of services.
  • Host monthly team meetings, focusing on professional development opportunities and guiding practice.
  • Balance a small caseload and supervisory responsibilities effectively.
