Legal Secretary Litigation Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our busy Litigation and Insolvency practice. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work on a diverse range of intellectually stimulating matters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Liaise with clients and respond to their queries;
  • Prepare court documents and ensure they meet legal requirements;
  • Accurately record time spent on tasks and bill clients accordingly;
  • Coordinate meetings, diarize follow-ups and court appearances, and arrange travel requirements;
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Maintain, close and archive files in a secure manner; and
  • Provide administrative support including social committee arrangements.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' solid experience in Litigation within a private practice law firm;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, proactivity and self-starter skills;
  • High organisational abilities.
