**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced BA or Project Manager looking for a change, we are in need of someone to join our team to manage the delivery of projects of work for our software as a service product. Our product supports the real estate sector to be more efficient with targeted marketing campaign

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end to end formation and delivery of projects
- Building strong, trusted relationships, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Procuring, leading and managing internal and external project resources
- Coaching and mentoring business stakeholders in agile project rituals and philosophies
- Developing project plans, tracking and reporting for various stakeholders, in line with requirements
- Ensuring that all governance and quality assurance requirements are met
- Assisting with the continuous improvement of the development, management and maintenance of project management templates, tools, methodologies and management of project documentation
- Manage budget, resources, scope and timeframes to ensure schedule is on track
- Identifying and clearly calling out risks, issues and blockers to meeting project success metrics, and managing the process to ensure blockers are removed and the project is successfully delivered.
- Lead meetings and set expectations for project team and steering committee
- Contribute to the design of new solutions and work with the business on end-to-end delivery
- Support CoreLogic's compliance and risk management framework by working within relevant privacy requirements/guidelines

Job Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence effectively in a matrix environment
- Project management skills. Highly competent in the coordination of workstreams with simultaneous deliverables across multiple teams.
- Communication skills; articulate verbally and in writing; ability to synthesise information into well summarised documentation or presentation.
- Strong team player who can partner well the rest of the team and critical partners in Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Sales, etc. Due to the small size of the team, this individual must be willing to roll up their sleeves and engage in all tasks expected of the team. Positive attitude is a must
- Ability to build successful relationships, communicate effectively, influence and negotiate
- Strong execution focus and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Eagerness to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Ability to act decisively and solve problems as they arise
- Capacity to grasp concepts easily
- IT literacy to deal with various technologies and processes
