Conduct psychometric assessments and prepare clinical reports to guide tailored support for students and schools.
Champion inclusive and equitable practices in line with the Disability Standards for Education (2005).
Lead professional learning initiatives, empowering school staff to differentiate teaching and learning to meet every student's unique needs.

Collaborate with school staff, parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to apply psychological knowledge and improve student wellbeing, learning, and behaviour outcomes.
Advise schools on recommendations for Educational Adjustment Plans to maximise student success.
