Kleanest Australia is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator on a part-time basis. This role will require someone with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
**Office Location**: 9 Bay Street, Southport 4215 QLD.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Call Sales & Client Communication**:
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, respond to client inquiries, and follow up on client feedback.
**- Marketing & Social Media**:
- Manage social media accounts, create and post content, and monitor engagement.
**- Website Maintenance**:
- Update and maintain the company website with fresh content and necessary changes.
**- Project Tendering**:
- Assist with preparing and submitting tenders for new cleaning projects.
**- Client Feedback Follow-up**:
- Track and follow up on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
**- General Office Support**:
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic website management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role is a plus.

- 2 days a week
**- Time**:
- 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (flexible, negotiable)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.96 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
