Essendon JLR is currently looking for a highly motivated Delivery Coordinator to assist in further growing our Sales Department

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for organising Guest vehicle deliveries and providing ongoing support to the Sales Manager by coordinating various in-house duties whilst liaising between internal departments.

**About the role**:

- Coordinating car deliveries from preparation to delivery
- Maintain contact with customers awaiting their vehicle delivery
- Coordinate delivery dates with Pre Delivery teams and customers
- Prepare relevant documents needed
- Obtaining required registration documentation from customers prior to delivery

**Do you have?**
- Strong administration experience
- Passion for providing great customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- High levels of attention to detail
- VicRoads online experience would be a bonus
