**About the Role**

Working part of the Talent and HR team where you will be responsible for ensuring on going projects are fully staffed by allocating internal resources. Working for a Global Professional Services Firm, you will be liaising with partners and consultants nationally on a daily basis to ensure you are across up and coming process and have the right staff scheduled on the right projects. Career development and the scope of the role will see you further develop and grow.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Headcount forecasting
- Managing internal workforce to staff projects
- Identifying different teams and skill set
- Decision making on staffing allocation
- Stakeholder engagement
- Management of leave and time off in lieu
- Assisting with employee relations
- Working on strategic projects
- Reporting

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- Exceptional relationship and influencing skills
- Negotiation skills
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
- Key stakeholder management within a professional or financial services environment
- Experience within a HR remit
