Job Title: CX Ambassador

This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and support from our branch.

The CX Ambassador plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service by meeting and greeting customers, responding to their queries, and offering tailored solutions to address their concerns.

Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach are essential in this role.

• Ensuring a positive customer experience within the branch
• Meeting and greeting customers upon arrival
• Customer service and sales of internal products
• Keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
• Exploring customer needs and educating them on our full scope of services
• Sourcing suitable resolutions to customer concerns and following up on customer queries

Requirements:

Professional communication and presentation skills are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. A current driver's license is necessary for some aspects of the role. Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers is crucial. Supporting the branch manager with administrative tasks and working in a fast-paced environment are also important.

Additional Requirements:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are required. Excellent time management and prioritization skills are also necessary. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances is vital.
